The notifications just won't stop today, I really need to do some work so I'm closing X for a while, this kind of blew up 🤯
If you want to generate your own, feel free to do so! socialtowel..com
Have a good one!
Alright it's Monday here. Launch day, just a silent one.
The website is live. You can now order your own customized X beach towel 😋
Available in USD and EUR, shipping world wide.
If you want to make a ton of money right now, go find a local transporting business and give them a call.
I bet you they all get emails with Excel sheets and PDF's and manually type things over into their software.
Automating it has never been easier.
Good morning beautiful people.
A new week to crush.
Got 3 hours before I have to go the office, time for some early morning code.
Have a great day everyone!
@arvidkahl
In MySQL, SELECT(*), SELECT(1), or SELECT(id) may not efficiently use indexes if it predicts a large table scan, even with an indexed primary key. In your example, you force an index, thus speeding it up 😅
Good morning beautiful people.
125 towels got generated while I was sleeping 😄
Biggest CPU spike on the machine was 14%, totally fine.
Can't wait until tonight to implement the tweeting part 😀
Have a great day everyone!
I am not in the mood to code at the moment. No idea why. Maybe it'll come later tonight, if not, all good.
We're on schedule and it's okay to do nothing tonight.
I'll be playing some Hearthstone, do you guys play any games or is it code only?
@AndreeaFarcas98
I was 9, I'm 35 now. It doesn't say anything, I know people that are younger that are better coders than me.
I've been solely focused on web development all my career, so that's also how far my knowledge goes when it comes to coding.
SocialTowel is now growing on autopilot.
The website now receives a web hook call when a relevant tweet about a profile banner of someone planning their holiday is found.
In the background a towel is generated for this person (and a page).
Next step; post it 🚀🚀🚀

There are some tech hubs rising in Europe, like Stockholm and Berlin, that show promise. Companies like Zalando, N26, Klarna, and Adyen all originated in Europe.
Good morning people.
Plan for today is to implement everything subscription related. Payments, notifications, reminders etc etc.
Will report back tonight. Have a great day everyone!
For anyone that doesn't know why I named my project Domaby.
It consists of 2 words:
- Domain
- Ruby
Domain, because it's for domains.
And Ruby is the name of my beautiful daughter 😊
Hello friends! Long time no see..
Holidays are over, time to get back to work.
All my websites are currently offline, working on a big new project.
How was your summer?
Speaking of abandoned projects, here's one of mine.
A postal-card maker with Dalle integrated and the plan was using a drop shipping printing service.
It's done for like 75%. Just lost interest.
Do you have abandoned projects?
Received some valuable feedback for the homepage.
I'll be changing around some copy again. Thank you
@NielsBl85
I'll also be shamelessly reaching out for testimonials today.
The first 30 minutes of being awake are hell. It's like my brain isn't fully functioning yet. After the first cup of coffee and a few cigarettes it's fine though.
Cooking up something really nice, a bit ambitious for just this Sunday.. we'll see how far we get 👌
Last day of the holiday so my last moment to take a sprint before going back to the agony of 9-5.
I made a decision. I'm cutting al prices by 50%.
The end goal is to make my service completely free, but before I can make that switch I need some side revenue streams.
Did some SEO things this morning, made a sitemap, submitted it to Google, used
