Today in why we need to build more housing, a friend’s 12-month lease in ATX was renewed & he received: - 1 free month of rent - $500 off the 2nd month - $106 off his current monthly payment for the remainder of the lease That’s over $3,300 in rent reduction — YIMBY in action!
