Did a home visit. Upon that home visit realized a patient’s towel rack in their bathroom was being used as a grab handle and had come off the wall. Helped reinstall it & reached out to our care team to have actual grab bars installed. Health is more than disease management.

A closing thought for 2021: I don’t think more science is what ends the pandemic if selfishness, indifference, & greed persist. Scientists can’t fix that. We don’t need so much a science eureka but rather a cultural transformation. We are all we got. Virtue in 2022.
