A year ago today i ended up in A&E after attempting suicide. I felt so stuck/alone. But it GETS BETTER. One thing i’ve learnt is that this feeling WILL pass, and you can make it through. This is a year ago vs me today, the happiest i’ve been in a long time. It DOES get better ❤️
