one big let down for me was the story mode for splatoon 3. especially with alterna. alterna is an amazing experience, isolated. i feel with the prologue of the story setting up the game taking place in the crater, but then immediately going to alterna snubbed splatoons chaotic-

and in some ways, mainly in the world building they do it pretty well! splatsville for example embodies chaos pretty well as well. the high rise apartments, the overpassing highways and trains bring a messy yet realistic metropolis environment.
