It was with great sadness that I learned of the passing of Professor Kwesi Botchwey, Ghana’s Finance Minister from 1982-1995. His contributions to Ghana’s economic reforms in the 80’s, as well as his leadership at the Ministry of Finance, stand tall as a memorial to his name.
