I sadly didnt hit the goal i wanted to hit today , of 235 but i promise i will keep working , and i will hit it by next week garanteed. I hit 225 though , so i will take it for today.

New pr of 205 on power clean today, and hit it for 2! Haven't posted much on here recently because i have been focusing on studies. Theres more to come in my football journey, just need to perfect my form in many categories especially in power clean.

Had a wonderful Maryland camp visit today! , got some reps in at RB and met the amazing coaching staff they have. Thank you to Maryland, and everyone who set it up for a great first camp experience. Now i know what i need to work on for next time, to perfect my craft.

Thank you! thats one of mh big issues is that i cant really put on weight too well. as of november 1st , i went from 155 to 165. not too drastic of an increase although i would like to go up more. I need to fix my diet as well and start fresh. Im working on my form day by day.

is there any foods uou think i should start sating a lot of to get bigger? , and if i start lifting and doing agility twice a day , should i go heavier or lighter each day? i appreciate you for giving me some tips, ill be sure to use them!
