What is your caffeine intake? Mine use to be 6-14 cups a day. Now I only have the 1, I’ll wait until my body has naturally woken up then I’ll have it. Control what you’re putting into your body. The human brain loves to get addicted to things. Good and bad.

I didn’t believe this until I started doing it. It massively improves your day, just by allowing your body to naturally wake up before giving it that boost. I rarely have caffeine now, only if I’m feeling tired and it will be around 3pm.
