This is possibly the worst part about Civ VII. You're forced to change your civ with each age. There's 3 ages so if you want to play a full campaign you'll have to switch at least twice.

@CivGame I’m actually so sad. Why would you take a failed game mechanic from a different game and then give it to a player base where no one wanted it. This goes against the principles of Civilization game purpose? Would be incredible if you gave the option to STAY as your civilization.
