My father was a fire officer & when I was a kid many summer weekends he was called out to fight fires on commons & in fields. Now people are blaming #ClimateEmergency Many Sunday lunches, picnics, beach trips were ruined by dad getting called out & returning exhausted very late

Glad we're shaking up the overseas aid system. Long overdue. We sent ยฃ84 million to Sierra Leone for hospitals, schools and roads. When inspectors went to see where the money had been spent they found little evidence of any improvement. Creamed off by the corrupt #ForeignAid
