Spoke with Chance Stephens ( @sniperstephens3 ) last month about a stronger love for basketball after an injury kept him sidelined at Maryland, the timeline of his rehab and his goals for next season. “Once I get back, I’ll never take it for granted again."

Injury has defined Chance Stephens’ Maryland basketball tenure. He wants to change that.

Stephens transferred to the Terps from Loyola Marymount last year before suffering a knee injury that ended his season before it started.

Maryland men’s lacrosse is set to face Johns Hopkins in the Big Ten tournament semifinals on Thursday at 5:30pm following the Blue Jays’ 16-8 win over Penn State in the quarterfinal. The Terps handed Johns Hopkins its largest loss in program history last week in a 22-7 victory.
