Many leaseholders & renters feel trapped in unfair services charges. It's a mental drain on tenants as I've seen in my pro-bono caseworks. The Conservatives watered down leasehold reforms. Home owners can have their🏠repossessed & made homeless after being treated unfairly.

Such a shame to see a brand new playground empty because the housing developer has banned children other than those who live in just the 100 houses of the development. I spoke to the council about this, and they said it’s unclear to them whether it’s even legally enforceable.
