Idea time: Right now the Ph.D Pikas are all “glitching” to the same 12-13-14 IV spread. Why not turn that “glitch” into a feature and make it happen with, say, untradeable one-time-only mons (mythicals, Zygarde, etc) so that everyone gets the hundo/no one gets shafted by RNG?
