Before I got to the Cold Steel arc, lots and lots of people were saying that Alisa was a bad character, and the worst character in the series. And when I actually got to CS, I found out that "Alisa bad" was a big fat lie, because she quickly became my favorite of OG Class 7.

That wasn't the most mind-blowingly nuanced thing in the world, nor is it the deepest character arc this series, but I appreciate what they did with Alisa here. She's my favorite of Class VII for sure. (I just poked a hornet's nest for having her be my favorite didn't I.)
