@samanthawanders It absolutely is. He’s the only man front of house, all the others are young women. He hears it all; Boyfriend talk, periods, college woes, family issues, the lot. He makes it a safe space to talk to him about stuff, and he listens. Nothing more than that

@justme_samb We’ve got a few girls working for us who are under 18 so I’ve had to tell them the draw is there and just to use it whenever. We then replace what’s needed as and when at our personal cost.

Lads. I had the most amazing day yesterday. Every person I loved in one room. It was genuinely magical. My feet are sore from dancing, my voice is croaky from singing, and I was crying laughing at my Da the whole day. I’d do it all again in a heartbeat

I know im a massive wedding bore, but I’m still on cloud 9 I’m looking at all the photos friends took & I can’t stop smiling. I realised how much I laughed all day surrounded by everyone I loved. I was so worried that people wouldn’t come or wouldn’t have fun. How wrong I was 🥰

I’ve been sober for 6 months today. Six whole months of no hangovers, no anxiety, no abysmal drunk behaviour, no broken promises, no letting anyone down. No telling myself I’ll just have one and then rampaging for hours and blacking out. Six whole months of a better me.

Surgery done & she’s in recovery Consultant confirmed no evidence of cancer 🥹❤️ All being well she’ll be moved to the ward tomorrow.

My Ma went to surgery at 10:20. Still in theatre. Not surprised really given she’s having some bowel chopped out, some bladder cut away, a stent put in to her kidney, an abscess drained and removed and a fistula tear repaired. I know no news is good news but still…..
