@nakobmi People need to realize that the calories don't make a meal. What makes something a meal is if it's filling, has nutrients and is consumed during mealtime. So yes even a 200 calorie salad can be a meal imo

@KlIYYAA Can confirm, a friend of mine told me she was so scared she would throw up that she ate basically nothing when she was around 7 to the point she was severely malnourished. She still has emetophobia but it's not as severe now

@honeyallalone I haven't had breakfast in like 4 years because i was never really a breakfast person even before my Ed. In school i can just skip lunch and at dinner i pretend I'm still full from lunch so i don't have to eat OR i fake eat some bread once in a while so they don't get too curious
