1. b-complex - brain function 🧠 2. vit c w zinc and vit d3 - immunity 💪🏽 on days when i felt like i was about to get sick, skip yung vit c and replace with berocca **not a vitamin but i also took magnesium glycinate to help ease my mind and body for good sleep 💤
