I am healthy now and try to do at least three 5k's a week, well I try to and I also try and catch the sunrise every morning because I know regardless of how bad a day was, the sun comes around & we get another try at it. Pls talk to someone if you have any doubts. @kirkminshow

I love listening/ watching KMS on youtube, but does anyone else have this issue? KMS have to have radio on at least 25 - 27 (my car radio) to listen reasonable volume All other YouTube shows - below 10.

9 yrs ago, Lily entered my life by hiding in my pool cabana during a horrible winter. Today, she left us on a warm summer day. I am heartbroken, I know everyone who has ever owned a pet has & will go through this. TigerLily loved me & I loved her. @hms1499 did, too.

Had a great time, my calf barked at me 500 yds in and I walked the rest, but, no one who was walking passed me. Saw @DoctorTurtleboy (the most canceled man in Americ), and even gave @kirkmin & @GerryCallahan their space. But awesome time until the next one.

5 years ago today I was transported from Brockton Hosp to @BrighamWomens & placed in a medically induced coma. I was suffering from necrotizing pancreatitis and my body was shutting down. Over the next couple weeks basically my heart was the only organ that didn't fail (1/7)

Today is the 7th anniversary of me being placed in a medically induced coma because of my stoopid pancreas (& other parts of my body failing) Lots of you came and surrounded me with love and prayers over 77 days. BWH Doctors & nurses (especially the nurses) pulled me through. 1/2

Pro Tip for when @NoExitFour hits the Cabby Shack. The stage sits literally outside of the main floor bar, so if you can't get in, you can hang & listen sitting on the wall behind on the water. On a normal Fri night in the summer its a fukcing zoo. BRING ON THE MINIFANS!!!!

The Hale Family Foundation is there because my boss Rob Hale & @GraniteTelecom made it their mission to eradicate pancreatic cancer. I think it was divine intervention for me to get my job there. One issue I still have is medical PTSD, which is diff than the Military one (5)
