I can watch American football on this, Australian football and the premiership but can’t view a Sunday game clip from down the road. Sort this out
@RTEgaa
Hearing players played in games over the weekend awaiting covid test results and others who were covid positive. This is both reckless and incredibly stupid.
Now the dust has settled eye gouging should never happen and cannot be condoned with ‘buts’ or misdirection. However Armagh gave their best and the supporters were amazing. Galway deserved the win, just.
Time to end meaningless adult leagues and the u19 competition and give breathing space to calm covid before the inter county season starts otherwise it won’t!

All-Ireland football championship proves that knockout gives everyone a fair chance. Surely a cornerstone principle of the GAA. Scrap the back door.
Crossed lanes on way to work to the displeasure of a woman in a jeep. She followed me to a shop, dished out a few dirty looks and a 30sec rant and told me I’ve made her ‘one angry fucking nurse’. Let’s hope she’s coming off night duty 😳

Michaleen Flynn: When I drink whiskey, I drink whiskey; and when I drink water, I drink water.

I’m concerned with guidance re health questionnaire/ temperature checks. It is impractical to employ temp checks and then to expect that this will pick up asymptotic Covid. Surely it’s better to ask people if they feeling unwell to stay at home.
@peterweirmla
you couldn’t make this stuff up.. schools closing now they’re not; it’s for kids of h/care staff, now all kids could be considered vulnerable or a child of a key worker. Even teacher to bring their child to work.The Petri dish grows!

Coach these workouts are boring. Ok here try this - Run 40 x 400 everyday for three weeks! That is what Emile Zatopek did. I don't recommend it, but we need to get back to training robust adaptable athletes rather than entertaining them. Sometimes training is boring.
Had the unexpected pleasure of meeting two great players today from Armagh’s All Ireland winning team 2002! Brothers

i might be breaking a golden rule in GAA but sure 2020 is a strange year. What I witnessed today by referee was dangerous, disgraceful and dishonest. Don’t let any other team suffer in the same way. Assign your Top referees to the big games

17 counties are given permission to use their players and the rest are given three days to apply for inclusion.
Result : Schools competitions thrown into disarray with players facing an avalanche of games. Where is player welfare?
