In J&K, 42000 deaths in last 30 yrs, Or 1.4k deaths in 104 fortnights,Or 14 deaths per fortnight. In last fortnight,no deaths. Sad that civil liberties taken away and people inconvenienced, but cycle of deaths need to be broken, forever. Bitter medicines needed for health.

Last year, created 20 recharge shafts mid-river. These filtered shafts went directly to aquifers (large lake-sizedwater storage areas) When river filled, crores of lts water gushed inside, filled aquifers This year, we plan hundreds of recharge shafts to increase water table.
