Estonian 🇪🇪 PM Kaja Kallas today: “We, as West, have been guessing what Russia's next steps are.
I think it's time for them to guess, what are our steps forward.” We should not always tell what “we don’t do”. It only emboldens the aggressor.
Estonian 🇪🇪 PM Kaja Kallas at the Munich Sec Conference: “Putin is showing the dictator's handbook in real life. Lets not discuss to do something, let's do everything to stop him. Don't repeat the same mistakes like we did in history.” Cost of stopping a dictator will only go up.
