Also, maybe being a little bit too picky, there is no demonstration whatsoever that rapa is acting on-target (blocking mTOR). Not sure why a reviewer would not ask such evidence

@BarbMarte Very interesting paper. I wonder how much stress you induce in the mice by collecting biospecimens during their 'sleep' phase, and how much this would create a sort of pro-tumorigenic signal. I would be certainly stressed if they were to wake me up in the middle of the night..

Just for fairness, we have shown that CR reduces senescence markers in the colon mucosa of humans in 2018 (Fontana et Al, Aging Cell). This doesn't seem to be mentioned in the paper, as our study is referenced for mice only
