Dug McDaniel made a lucky 3 from the logo and then taunted the entire stadium saying “this is my state.” I don’t remember a single thing he did after that.
Nobody can ever convince me MSU wouldn’t have walked its way to the Final Four last year with a win over FAU
Kansas State splashing countless pure luck shots was some otherworldly satanic black magic and I’ll never get over it
Parker Fox was in the same class as Jaren Jackson Jr. I played against Jaren Jackson in high school. I am 26 years old and graduated college in 2019
Blasphemy
I would’ve blasted into outer space if Xavier Booker had made that late 3 to tie it
Regardless, good play call
Good to see the staff put that trust in him
Remember how Branden Dawson had no jumper at all, but would just rim run hard as hell and use his athleticism to grab like 6-8 rebounds a game?
Coen Carr could and should be that x10 if used correctly
This was Purdue’s chance. It took a 7’4 dinosaur to finally break the 40 year final 4 drought and they STILL couldn’t finish it off
They will never win a national title
Jaden Akins' dad (Jerome) tells his son that if his shot isn't falling, he expects energy, effort, excitement, defense. He also has advice for Izzo on how to handle Edey tomorrow.
Hot take:
Mel Tucker waxing his mongoose on the phone with the sexual assault lady was the BEST thing that could’ve happened to MSU football at the time
Program was going nowhere and everyone knew it. Absolutely needed a coaching change
Aaron Henry deserves a statue or something for single-handedly keeping the tourney streak alive with this insane run to end the Covid year. At least let the man drink for free in EL for life
2014-2015 Final Four MSU team on February 4:
15 Wins - 7 Losses
2023-2024 MSU basketball team on February 4:
14 Wins - 8 Losses
I know this season seems like it’s been a struggle, but we’re not that far off guys. Relax
Izzo to me after I bitched all season about lineups and then somehow he rips off another miraculous Final Four run with Mady Sissoko playing 32 minutes a game in the tournament
Imagine how many assists Hoggard would have if the big men he’s been sharing the court with for 4 years didn’t turn into Stephen Hawking every time he threw them the ball
AJ Hoggard needs just two assists to officially enter the Top 5 in Michigan State history
1. Cassius Winston - 890
2. Mateen Cleaves - 816
3. Scott Skiles - 645
4. Denzel Valentine - 639
5. Eric Snow - 599
6. AJ Hoggard - 597
Hands down the worst shot attempt I’ve ever seen on a basketball court
And that’s coming from a guy who watched AJ H*ggard get absolutely stuffed at the rim by the same person 5 times in his final game
@msupeach
Wasn’t alive for it but Scott Skiles doing blow and serving jail time while still winning Big Ten MVPs 100p puts him in the 99th percentile for white boy swag
The winner of tomorrow's game between
@MSU_Basketball
and
@BaylorMBB
will be awarded the McLane Cup 🏆
The trophy is named after Drayton McLane who attended both universities.

Guy doesn’t realize wearing this fit as a grown man is more embarrassing than losing in the CFP to the greatest dynasty of all time at their absolute peak while your QB had a bum shoulder
If I’m coaching MSU basketball I’m bringing in the entire pitching staff from the baseball team and lining up Sissoko and Cooper and having the pitchers throw basketballs as hard as they can at them until they can catch 30 passes in a row
M*dy S*ssoko played 7 minutes tonight. I know he was in some foul trouble early. But regardless, someone make it make sense to me why he is still in the starting lineup (he only had 1 rebound btw)
On a real note. Matt Painter deserves this Final Four. Guy has had a rough tournament history, but has sustained such a steady level of regular season/ Big Ten success, it’s extremely commendable
