Got my face painted today right before my storytelling session at the farmer’s market! They were a captive audience. So fun! 😃 Publishing is so slow that it will probably be two years until I can read my 🐝 book there.

I had the pleasure of reading this to 3, 4, and 5 year olds at nature preschool this week and they were RIVETED! 🦉 🍃 It prompted stories of hearing owls at night. And a question for @CedarsStories Does the helicopter pilot have a copy of the book? 📕 #owlsneedahome

A year ago, I decided I wanted to manage an all outdoors, nature preschool. I've been pleasantly surprised to say I like my job as a preschool teacher now more than ever. The outdoor classroom is amazing! No walls to bounce off...no reminding children to use softer voices. 1 of 3
