Throw it away. I swear on my life that this is the key to not prioritizing food. Eating shouldn’t be the main focus of your day, what you’re going to eat next shouldn’t take up any of your mental energy, over all once you get used to always leaving leftovers

This as been what my days used to look like between 2019 and 2021, I was diagnosed with EDNOS 3 years ago, but 3-4 months ago I got diagnosed with anorexia 😻 🙌🙌🥱🤭 I still “binge” every once a month or so but I learned to overcome those binged and move on.
