My daughter moves out in less than a month and I’m feeling more and more depressed daily. I’m so excited for her and I’d never let her know how I’m feeling, but it’s been the two of us for 5 years now. I’m about to be completely lost.

@ThePOTSPostman My ex of 20 years left after I was diagnosed with Sjogren’s and a few other things and was forced to stop working. I’ve since been dx with Autonomic Neuropathy and POTS. I often wonder if I’ll ever organically meet someone who wants to share a life with someone such as me.

POTS friends, tonight was my first trip to the ER. I’ve had a flare (I think) since Thur and it finally scared me enough to go. After 3 liters of IV fluids, bloodwork, EKG and a head ct (?), I’m home feeling the same with low bp and a cardio referral 😩. #POTS #Dysautonomia

@homemakinghunny I also have chronic illnesses (multiple). I started gaining and couldn’t lose even though I thought I was doing everything right. Then I started semaglutide and realized in hindsight food noise had been extremely loud in my head. I can’t exercise much or take “diet” pills.
