According to $ENVX CEO, "our current product doesn't hit the 1000 cycles that they [phone OEMs] need, & doesn't hit the fast charge" -- so nobody will use what $ENVX hopes to make in 2024 in any phone So wait for vaporware EX-2 which $ENVX only hope to start sampling in 2025

Raj implies $ENVX will have NO SALES in โ€˜24, *hopes* for โ€˜25 based on sending 1st samples in April. Not designed into anything yet. Anyone know how far ahead OEMs design & plan phones? How long it takes to test cycling? PS. Nobody is risking a phone on single unproven supplier.

@Claytie4 Because energy density is not as simple as the composition of the anode material, nor is โ€œ100% active siliconโ€ somehow magically better. There are all sorts of complex tradeoffs between the anode, cathode, and separator and how they impact energy density, cycle life, and safety.
