4. Test Series win in England 2007 No Sehwag? No Problem. Dinesh Karthik top scored in team made of Sachin, Dravid, Ganguly and Laxman, scoring 263 runs in 6 innings averaging 44 to win the series for India 1-0. This remains India's only test series win in England since 1986.

Hussey who was now batting at #5 was batting on 37 off 87 by the time Australia were reduced to 295/8 still trailing by 110 runs. He then added 93 for the 9th wicket with McGill and 40 for the 10th wicket McGrath to race from 35 to 133 in just 128 deliveries, taking Aus to 428.

In an amazing piece of irony, Pietersen hit his first ODI ton in his 5th innings and Dhoni did exactly the same. Pietersen blasted 108(96) against SA at Bloemfontein. Dhoni scored 148(123) against Pak at Vizag. India won the game by 58 runs while Eng & SA had the 20th ODI tie.
