Currently taking a break in Rio.
I'm opening up a few spots for 1-on-1 consulting (link on my profile).
If you're an entrepreneur ready to crush YT, let's chat!

Also, we’re looking for a video editor and an operator to join our team. We pay a $10,000 referral fee to the person who ends up referring them. If this was of value, retweet it and make easy cash. All details are in the link of my bio ❤️

On YouTube, the biggest multipliers are title/thumbnail/packaging/idea/whateveryouwannacallit and audience retention (storytelling, having a solid hook etc.).
Commit to doubling the time, effort and money you spend on multipliers, watch your results explode.
(8/9)
If, instead, we zoom out and think about a 10-year period, we end up making much better decisions and actually achieve.
Don’t stress about the short-term, build skills (which is a massive multiplier) and you’ll achieve much more in the long-term.

1. BUILD A BRAIN TRUST
If you don’t have a group of creators that give you feedback or exchange ideas, you’re messing up. All big creators are doing this.
You accelerate your learning by a factor of 10.
(6/9)
3. EXTEND YOUR TIME HORIZON
Before getting 300,000 subscribers in a year, it took me 9 months to get my first 1,000 subscribers. My time horizon was too short.
(7/9)
If you’re focusing on achieving a big goal in a short amount of time, it’s tempting to look for hacks, tricks and tactics. This makes us focus on the wrong things (not multipliers) and we end up achieving less while stressing us out more.
(3/9)
I built my own mastermind group when I had 500 subscribers, now everyone in our group is crushing it with 100,000++ subscribers. More importantly, we’ve all become great friends.

2. FOCUS ON MULTIPLIERS
Multipliers are activities or leverage points that, if executed, yield exponential results.
You can spend your time working on normal activities and get mediocre results, or you spend it on multiplier activities and get extraordinary results.

TL;DR: Looking for someone to run the operations of our business and the logistics of our content. Someone to keep everything organized, coordinate schedules, reach out to collaborators, book travel etc.
@LauraTryUK
All depends what you think is best :) We're about 6-7 people I think. It used to be every week, now it's just feedback on titles, thumbnails & video via chat.

Scammers keep impersonating me but I can't yet get verified. I'm unable to report them because they blocked me. My followers keep reporting them but nothing happens. Any help? 😥
