Bath has a £100k Parks Improvement Fund. Not a lot of cash. The LibDems are spending £30K of this doing up the hut on the closed Approach Golf Course. You will remember they closed Entry Hill Golf Course because of the cost of maintenance. It was £30k a year.

CarraKev is at it again. He was at the back of the planning today as New Leaf Farm got permission to build on the green belt. In his @bathnes Register of Interests, he declares he owns 12.5% of New Leaf. Not true - he owns 50% and is "a person with significant control".

Guess what the Libdems have up their sleeve for our overseas visitors to Bath? When they bring in emission-based car park charges in September a tiny engined car on a foreign plate will be charged the absolute max as if it is Buggati or some clapped-out diesel monster truck.

The few residents that will benefit from the roadblock will fight tooth & nail to keep it. Perhaps if Mr Robinson wishes to perambulate he could do it in the 10-acre Sydney Gardens opposite. BTW, just how posh are you when you kick down on Waitrose shoppers?

I hear an objection to the New Sydney Place roadblock signed by 250 Bathampton residents has just been delivered to @bathnes . The long list of objections includes increased pollution and congestion, and statistical evidence the closure will have a -ve impact road safety.

So @CllrMandaRigby , in Beckford Rd we will step from a bus not onto a pavement, not even on to a pedestrian island but straight into an dedicated cycle, e-bike and e-scooter lane. This is happening on your watch and right in your patch. You are putting bus users in danger.

This "citizen" popped up at the @bathnes meeting last night and read a prepared speech saying how well the Libdems have done. Each to their own. He hasn't got any solar panels. I checked again today. None. Did the libdems hand him the wrong script?
