P.S. I’m also constantly reminded by these discussions that trans masculine and non-binary people get completely erased in the vast majority of these conversations despite also being severely impacted and we need to do better at including them and magnifying their voices.

It’s totally okay if you and your partner’s hobbies don’t perfectly align! Everyone is different! I like to play video games with friends in my free time. My pharmacy student wife likes to use her leisure hours to submit historical research to academic journals. And that’s fine!
