Agree let them enjoy it but if there’s no criticism how you going to improve and develop character. I’m almost 40 and still want my dad to tell me what he thinks after a game. Played almost 300 league games and did that because of the advice I had from a young age from my Dad.

Great debate. Now look at the same scenario at league 1 and 2 level where you finish playing except youre not a multimillionaire. Bills to pay, family to feed etc. Same issues except more pressure to maybe make ends meet. Wrote my dissertation on this subject having been in there

This is so wrong. The furlough scheme is surely there to keep business’s alive with a huge reduction in trading volumes and not to be used because a manager doesn’t fancy a player so it’s a way to get him off the wage bill 🙈

Wow 6 weeks into a season and you get the bullet after taking the club through the leagues. Football clubs question players loyalty but 6 weeks come on show some loyalty to someone who has done such a fantastic job.
