Megumi made his first DE hand sign in two motions. In case of Garbhadhatu, there are two motions too, as if making this hand sign is something new. If this was Kenjaku's domain, he would have made the hand sign automatically, like Sukuna, because of his millennia of experience.

2. The name of the Domain Expansion is 胎蔵遍野 (Taizō Hen'ya). First part refers to the Womb Realm 胎蔵界, a metaphysical space inhabited by the Five Compassion Buddhas. Womb Realm Mandala symbolizes the young stage of Vairocana Buddha.

While the theme of suffering being unenlightened doesn't correlate with Kenjaku's aim of creating something new without any care for any beings but only for the sake of satiating his own curiosity, it does connect with Geto's aim to free sorcerers from suffering.

At the same time, it proves that Geto's ideas are unattainable when the aim is not enlightenment of all beings, that's something Geto knows himself. "I do not desire enlightenment, but esotericism" - and the domain represents this state of being unenlightened.

The second part of the name 遍野 is a Chinese idiom meaning "all over the fields" and usually having negative connotation. As a whole, the DE name likely refers to the Buddhism idea that the existence of unenlightened being means its suffering; enlightenment = free from suffering

While Kenjaku is connected to compassion because of his name (derives from Fukukenjaku Kannon), Geto is connected to the Boddhisattva of compassion Kannon too. In this Gege's art Geto has exactly the same pose and hand signs as Heian statue of Kannon.

3. The sure-hit of the DE is CSM. I won't talk in length about why it's an open-barrier domain - I will make a separate thread dedicated to it, but to put it simply - CSM is a barrier CT, and the domain is being held in place by its sure-hit. Domain is water, sure-hit is bottle.

The common misconception is that sure-hit is gravity (Antigravity CT Reversal) because Yuki is falling down. Yuki is falling down because Tengen is destroying the empty barrier where DE is located, she's falling down because slabs of the empty barrier are falling down.

To decipher to sure-hit of the domain, we should look at the damage Yuki sustained because her simple barrier was destroyed: a twisted and squeezed right arm. The way Yuki's right arm is twisted resembles the way cursed spirits are twisted to form a ball.

The bodies of the decapitated women is a foreshadowing to Geto's body being decapitated. The tattoo on this woman's arm likely represents ajna (Third eye Chakra). Third eye is a symbol of enlightenment in Hinduism and Buddhism.

There's the Geto river 夏油川 in Iwate prefecture, the main tributary of the Waga river 和賀川. Its river valley was occupied by Jomon people, their artifacts were found there, for example stone circle near Kitakami. Gege is from Iwate himself, no wonder he knows smth like this!

They... miscalculated? Angel's CT nullifies cursed techniques, and barriers and seals are no exception, that's how Angel was traveling between the Culling Game barriers. Culling Game barriers didn't dissappear from it, it's more like they became penetrable.

The cover of volume 23 can provide an answer for the second question. Yuki is holding Jupiter here. In Japanese Jupiter is 木星 (Mokusei) - “wood star”. Tengen is Star, and she was compared to tree by Kenjaku, and her main body is located at the roots of the tree.

For Tengen, the Star Plasma Vessels become her after merging, but according to Yuki's notes, the supressed soul can never dissappear or conjoin. Thus, Yuki's source cannot be Tengen's words, so the only possible source is personal experience - Yuki merged with Tengen.

Yuki is a former Star Plasma Vessel - somebody who Tengen can merge with before evolving. Not all Star Plasma Vessels have actually merged with Tengen, but there are several pieces of evidence implying that Yuki merged with Tengen at one point.

In this volume cover, Jupiter is like a simple ball to Yuki, as if she completely overpowers the wood star. Yuki was probably separated from Tengen after merging because her soul overpowered Tengen's soul. Of course Tengen wouldn't merge with such a vessel for the second time.

The title she uses here - 大聖 - is a part of 齊天大聖 - Great Sage the Equal of Heaven, self-proclaimed title of the Monkey King Sun Wukong in the novel Journey to the West. Wukong took this title after wreaking havoc in Heaven. Tengen's name 天元 means Heaven 天 and origin 元.

Yuki's age is unknown, but her surname Tsukumo suggests she's much older than she looks. Tsukumo (九十九) means ninety-nine. In Japanese folklore, tsukumogami (付喪神 or つくも神 "tool kami") are tools that have acquired a kami or spirit.

As for how: the concept of Yuki's power cannot be contained semantically or pragmatically. She tore a hole in the Sunyata barrier's circular definition. Yuki can punch hard enough to tear though Tengen's barriers.
