Today had been education. One rental viewing. 70-80 family groups. Agent in tears saying she's never seen it this bad in 16yrs. She said she felt sorry for us. 850pw 40km from CBD. New homes are complete shoe boxes. Badly built/designed. Investment properties are obvious. Cheap.

The RCT is to understand what policies/education programs make people use them and properly. People need to use them to work. People are getting the whole conversation mixed up.

Today, I was having lunch in a Cafe. There was an older couple at another table. They ate their food, got up, put on their surgical masks, walked out & down the street. If they were concerned about Covid, it was 28C & there were empty seats outside. It made no sense. Pointless

Dr Kerryn Phelps is now supporting and redistributing the very dangerous and unsupported views of Dr Aseem Malhotra from UK on Covid vaccines. This gives credence to these views. @Ahpra I'd recommend you look into this further. It is inappropriate from the former @amapresident .

My (2023) year has been made. I'm staying at a hotel tonight with my family. The lady in reception said she loved my dress and I look fabulous. It's the first time in 4 years I've fitted into this dress. What a way to cap the year off!! Happy New Year everyone.🥳
