It blows chunks that 2017 was the last time we had a regional dex worlds and we wont have another til 2026 at the earliest. Everyone loves regional dex (esp casuals!) because lower power level means more diversity of strategies.

Proud of my season, proud I did it all with Pelipper. Being able to use it at high level events let me still feel connected to Angel and I'm grateful to have the experience. I won't be continuing to only use Pelipper but glad I did all of 2023 with it. Pelipper Flock - LETS FLY!

Something important that I think a lot of people don't talk about is how much more successful it is to read what your opponent isn't going to do than read what they are going to do. Ruling an option out allows you to construct very strong gameplans at little risk.

GS Cup Formats really reward knowing your lines and gameplans inside and out, which is satisfying to grind because you can see yourself improve. Godawful to play casually though because its so easy to lose turn 1. Also top level of play loses a good amount of depth.

Res on just day 2 is such an awful system for VGC. Sample size of just 20 games your opps play vs others & makes wins on day 1 more important than wins on day 2. Just give us the extra round of swiss. God forbid the tournament ends at 4 instead of 3.

Went 14-0 in sets and 28-1 in games at Anaheim 2017 with this 6. This was the first time Mimilax did very well at a tournament, and building this with @TBFUnreality and @AngelJMiranda is something that is very special to me.
