i would bnge on fast food, pastries from the bakery, snacks from gas stations and grocery stores. so making sure to only eat at home was a big thing for me. the first two days i struggled with not ordering a pizza while home or something but honoring my bread craving helped alot

i'll go through this with a timeline of what getting out of a b/r cycle looked like for me. i was in a b/p then a b/r cycle since late march. so me being 4 almost 5 days free is huge for me :') also i'm at a higher weight so keep that in mind as well!
