why is it that everytime i see someone complain about tristamp vash's design its always something along the lines of "thats not vash! his hair isnt like that!" and then this is what he looks like with his hair down in the og
please dhmu you guys knives' skull has FOUR fangs which means its canon that plants have fangs on their bottom jaws too besides their top row fangs and their fangs are huge and carnivorous which means they are scary and they bite thank you for coming to my ted talk
one of the things tristamp did the best was the camera movement like studio orange knew how to take advantage of the strengths of 3d animation and apply it to dynamic sequences
you know what somehow whenever i hear someone say that vash and knives communicate as plants through chittering, i always imagine it in the perry the platypus voice
saw someone say that vash would drop the punisher because he couldn't carry it??? im sorry, are we talking about the same vash who carried the whole weight of wolfwood and the punisher cross on one arm???
i saw someone say that the first expression is how he acts around others and the second expression when he waved is how he acts around himself and honestly i cant stop thinking about it now
i just love how tristamp vash is more reliant on martial arts more than on his gun like og vash is like i know hes a cringefail babygirl loser but i feel like people should also acknowledge just how terrifying of a martial artist he is and how terrifying his brute strength can be
Everyone: the new Vash from Trigun stampede is such an uwu baby girl twink
The new Vash from Trigun Stampede:
*punches a man’s side with so much force he flies up*
*CARRIED A FUCKING PLANT TANK*
*Held on to a man AND his 300lb cross shaped machine gun made of METAL*
i genuinely love how vash uses martial arts in tristamp, which makes me think learned martial arts when he came back from meeting nai in episode 9, bloodied and missing an arm. brad took one look at his adopted son and decided its time to teach him how to defend himself
ffxv has one of the best protagonists in the franchise because of how realistic their attitudes were, especially when it comes to reacting to something or interacting with one another. i also think that their group dynamic is amazing, and noctis being a non-trad prince is cool
god the detail of animation that went to his micro expressions is amazing from the way he was surprised to his eyes narrowing, his lip trembling to express that he was on the verge of crying studio orange i owe you my life
asking people to perceive the power of teru vash. his cute widdle face, his smol tiny body, his tiny widdle smile, and his widdle "va!" noises. this is the backbone of the trigun fandom, and he shall be perceived as a god.
whenever he does this it makes me wonder how the hell do the bullets not shoot through the hole in between his arm and it made me think about how he probably knows where the bullets would most likely hit and he angles his arm that way to deflect it
vash as a child wanting to be accepted as a plant, hence why he tells knives that "he's a plant too" despite having human needs, and now vash desperately wants to be accepted by humans, trying his best to hide his real nature as a plant just so he wouldn't scare people away
