My goodness. Someone being kind, just to help. A few minutes of his time, "Meh, not a big deal", but very much a big deal to the gentleman trying to take a step so he can eat, so he can stop living outside (maybe). I am humbled and reminded, again "I have no problems."

I started what I do now on October 1 last year. Today is five months later. All I've done is eliminate virtually all added sugar. Drinking a lot of water has always been me, about 90% of what I ingest. Have upped it (a little) and eat essentially no sugar. This a.m.: down 40 lbs.

President Kennedy addressed Congress in May, 1961 declaring we would land on the moon by the end of the decade. Barely 8 years later, it happened. I-20 between Atlanta and Birmingham has been under construction to widen it for, at a minimum, 36 years (my 1st trip hither and yon).

Hand raised. I was wrong about Tiger the past 9 years. After Thanksgiving '09 I said the majors were done, finished, over. Said it on-air, said it 1000 times off-air. He somehow found another way to separate himself from virtually any other pro athlete, ever.

Better team wins tonight in a beat down. LSU is every bit as good as the advance billing. UGA didn't rep what it is at its best tonight, or even at it's Kinda Sorta Good. Depleted, then play C-level offense, won't beat a great opponent. I never got Kirby's approach this season.

Davidson's a legit tough guy. Played plenty inside and out, can bring good pass rush even when over interior o-linemen. Extremely hard worker. Got in starting lineup at a giant SEC program as FR and stayed there. Falcons just got better. *Grady* might have just gotten better.
