With all due respect to the expert analysis, this is not complicated. 1. Trump is no longer POTUS, Biden is, so Trump has no claim to executive privilege: 2. The Special Master is *substantively* beside the point. It’s only a second set of eyes on the FBI’s work. Umm…ok.
