I’m a millennial CEO. Really dislike WFH. It’s culturally fragmenting and hard to track productivity (to start). I’d love to save on the office space. Just not sure it’s possible.

I’ve been seeing these deep thoughts, pop out of John’s concert since he started the solo tour.
Saw him in Hollywood FL on opening night.
He said “you know what makes this concert so special? It’s because in my twenties and thirties I was always trying to pack stadiums, make

Exactly what I want in a lawyer. Easy and quick to get ahold of because he has no other clients he’s working on, while simultaneously not thinking tbrough the complexities of my transaction 😂

My team and I relocate 500+ families to Orlando every year. Some work for the mouse. I don’t work directly for Disney. I work for Keller Williams.

I use your story when I’m teaching often. So many amazing lessons watching it back.
Do the work before you’re paid for it.
Send the work before it’s perfect.

It’s a supply side issue. 82% of mortgage holders have a rate under 5. They’re not moving from their affordable comfy home unless they have to. This will keep the market from crashing imo

Super inexpensive brokerages have been around forever. See purple bricks (once worth billions then sold for $1) or Redfin in its early iteration. If people hate the system so much, why couldn’t these companies take off?
In a world of intense competition for attention: 8M views and 47k subs feels like a win. Especially on a niche channel like Orlando Real Estate. Feels good 👍🏽
Anecdotal until it turns into a trend, but my team held 4 open houses this weekend. Had almost 100 groups through. Our inbox has been blowing up with inquiries this week too. The most activity we’ve seen in 6 months
@NipseyHoussle
Homestead or Principle housing exemptions stick with a house after a sale and only change to “non-owner occupant” once a year when assessments come out. So the flipper could’ve bought the house in June, fixed it up, listed it in October, and the taxes still showed as primary
Had a great dinner at Agave Azul tonight
Bartender recognized me from IG.
He tells me he recently moved here from Venezuela. Says he moved here for a better life and “for a much better government” with a grin on his face.
Tells me he and his girlfriend are working hard to
The city of Orlando is one of the most underrated spots in America. The amount of people that hate on us in my comment section is kind of insane. We’re 45 minutes away from weekly rocket launches, home to the largest public university in the country, and home to some of the best
Nothing like getting on stage with a billionaire, then meeting one of your personal heros to make a pretty dope week. Grateful is an understatement. Back to Orlando ✈️
In 2012 I started sending direct mail to gain business in an area of town I wanted to dominate. I started with 1000 homes, then 5000, then eventually mailed 20,000 postcards a month. It was expensive. Hell, at the time it cost more than our mortgage. Mixed with phone calls,
Impending recession. Maybe.
Impending world war. Maybe.
Impending additional rate hike. Maybe.
Impending massive shake up in how residential agents get paid. Maybe.
All I know is some days we crush it.
Other days we don’t.
All I control is my effort. And I’ll outwork most

already has the best planes, they’re consistently on time, and their staff is super friendly, etc
But these little touches help them bury the competition.
Seeing a lot of my competitors locally copy our content strategy. I freaking love it. It’s pushing me to go bigger and better. They have no idea what’s coming 😮💨
Started my radio career this morning…Sorta. Ok not really.
Mix 105.1 graciously asked me to do a Friday morning segment around what’s going on in Orlando! Real estate, events, fun projects going on in the city. Excited!
I'm on a talent hunt.
For the past few years, I've taken on a bit too much personally. I've spent time investing in systems, marketing, and growing our operations and sales departments, but I've always put myself last in regard to personal leverage.
If only I could clone
When I was younger I thought maybe I didn’t want kids.
It’s not for everyone. Didn’t think it was for me.
But man, every time I come home and trip over little shoes I’m reminded how insanely lucky I am to be a dad.
A lot of my real estate friends are struggling. Transactions are down 20-40% in most markets. Affordability is out of reach for 99% of Americans. Here’s what I’d do if I was starting over in this market:
Focus on the motivated. Yes transactions are down, but people still need to
When I started posting content online, the haters in the comments used to get to me so bad. I’d delete some of my best work just to appease them. Took me awhile, but after 1500+ pieces of content I just don’t care. Not everything you post is for everyone. Be authentic and you’ll

Make it a hotel with no show. Charge to eat in the restaurant. Give early access to HS. Charge slightly more than the grand. It’d be packed every night.
BREAKING: Universal Orlando reveals official details about all the excitement that awaits in SUPER NINTENDO WORLD at Epic Universe – featuring attractions plus dining, shopping and interactive experiences inspired by the Super Mario franchise and – for the first time in the U.S.
I’ve sorta figured it out.
Happiness is the goal.
It’s not just money, success, fame (although those have their time/place) but the goal is happiness. Solving for that makes everything else more clear.
I used to think holding people to a standard meant being a hardass.
Now I realize that holding people to a standard just reveals character. You’ll either grow and thrive or cut and run.
On top of running one of the top selling real estate teams in the country, I also run a media outlet called The Orlando Real. Between IG/TT/YT and our newsletter we now have 220k followers/subscribers and reach 7-8M unique accounts a month. Not bad for having launched a couple
We’re 29 sales away from hitting our 2023 goals. In a year that is said to be the fourth worst in US housing history, we’re up.
While so much is changing in our industry and economy, I’m massively grateful for the tireless work my team is putting in, and for the clients who

Toll is offering 45-55k on incentives in our local market. Average sales price of 900k. So 5.5% because they can’t move product. And he wants to complain about the agents who bring in 66% (local toll reps tell me it’s more like 70-80%) of their business? Cool story bro.

Have you ever watched the episode of how I met your mother where Barney gives out his cell phone during the Super Bowl? The answer is no. No you shouldn’t 😂

Legitimately one of the best experiences of my life. Tried to get on another time once they announced the closure. Called in once a day for 2 months. Stayed solidity booked.
New video is up and it’s one of my favs. I had an incredible time answering the question “Will Universal Overtake Walt Disney World as the Theme Park of Choice?”. Take a look on Youtube (

This year marks my 20th year in real estate. I’m now veteran young guy. Which means I’m not young, not quite middle aged, and I’ve also seen some sh*t.
I remember having conversations with the OG’s back in 2007-2009 when the world was falling apart. Asking for advice.

In 2008 I interviewed at Quicken loans. Was trying to make a decision between working for them or getting into real estate sales. QL passed on me after 2 interviews. Got into sales instead. This year I sold $240M in residential home sales. So glad QL didn’t hire me.
My team informed me we just passed $1B in lifetime sales. We’ve also been lucky enough to help over 2000 clients. Most days days it still feels like we’re in the early days. Others it feels like I’ve been doing this forever. Regardless I’m pretty damn lucky to have impacted so
We saw a slow down for about 2 months. Buyer demand dropped. The past few days have felt different. A lot more interest. Buyers are “cool” with a 5.25 rate. Whereas they freaked out 2 months ago. Let’s see where this goes.
Ran a 1/2 marathon at night in Vegas on Sunday. It was EXACTLY like RunDisney. Except the princesses were Elvis, the Disney magic was replaced with the smell of weed, and instead of Florida humidity, my lips were cracking from the dry desert air. Other than that EXACTLY the same
