Several people asked me if I read the ortho applicant chat— I don’t, but I did today. Honestly, it’s pretty gross. There’s lots of bashing on woman and URMs. Several people mentioned me by name. Ortho’s culture is changing, but apparently it’s slower than I hoped.

@jfrickuga It’s crazy I still think about how terrible chem 1211 and OChem 2 was to study for, even after taking AP chem in HS. Now I’m in my 3rd year of med school 🙂. STILL haven’t faced anything harder...
