for me, the people i really want to like my creative endeavours are the people i care about. it makes me so happy when they're enthuastic while im showing them things ive done and i value that more than any number on social media

a question for all creatives: imagine there was no social media or place to build an audience or any place to post your work publicly. if absolutely no one in the world could see your work except for you, would this affect your desire / motivations to keep creating?

i dont know if anyone else has the same struggles, but drawing on paper with pencil is okay for me. with a bit of effort i can produce something im sort of happy with. but digital art is so hard for me, no matter how hard i try it comes out looking funny... any advice?
