focus on over things in ur room, when dinner comes if someone tells u dinner is ready say u have been eating all day and are full rn, u can either workout a lot to b distracted or u can sleep a lot which makes it go by faster but i would prefer being more active

so update on this infected cut, i managed to put a lot of hydrogen peroxide on it making it crust up a bit then i pulled the infected part out of the cut and put more hydrogen peroxide on it and wrapped it up hopefully that helps 🙏

yes i had a lot of side effects like almost fainting dizziness feeling sick but i didn’t throw up i had a lot of vitamins and medicine during it tho so i’m pretty sure that helped it

drink lots of water n if u can drink milk cus milk fills u up instead of hydrating u, focus on anything other than food, sleep a lot more, workout, talk to people to distract u n if u do come to a part where u want to eat food put something gross in it so u don’t want it anymore
