@shyammeranaam @picklicious_in At least first ask me if we have a FSSAI license or not. We do have FSSAI, GST, MSME and trademark. Lab test we opted not to do as the process is exactly similar to how we make pickles at home. We make in batches of 10-15 Kgs. Most of our pickles get sold within 2-3 months.
