Whilst I am not looking to get back into CS full-time or commit to coaching again, I am interested in doing paid Prep/Analyst work for any teams looking for it, especially short-term for any teams that are looking for help during the RMR Cycle
RTs appreciated ofc
community should actively be encouraging more orgs to give their teams the time that Col does, creates a much more interesting scene with better stories
i like getting to see an org actually let a team figure it out, not just throw together some different pieces every 6 months
I suffered a bit of a mental break a few months ago due to things in esports and substance abuse, and have since been rebuilding myself, I feel healthier and much more ready to approach life how I know it should be approached.
Just wanted to put the energy out there
Ahead of ECL Playoffs, we want to give a heartfelt farewell to coach
@joshm1cks
Though his time with us was short, we truly appreciate what he brought to the team and we wish him nothing but the best moving forward
Following the Americas RMR, we have decided to part ways with analyst
@joshm1cks
from NRG CS2.
We appreciate m1cks for his dedication and hard work to help launch our recommitment to Counter Strike, and we would like to wish him the best moving forward.
@MnmzzzCS
semmler never cared about Impact league until he realized he could use it to shit on trans people, crazy how he was suddenly all about protecting Impact once he realized trans people were playing in it
Can't join a team until August since I subbed for PA and played w Nouns unless I sign a contract, so back to my slumber I go. Haters are winning right now😤
its so interesting how the community picks and chooses which "role players" get a pass for having a .95, and which ones get tons of shit for not having a 1.15
I get the point being made but completely disagree with it, Valorant goes WAY too far in the complete other direction, there's actually less strategic shifts and less meta shift because teams aren't playing enough matches, you don't need a full week to prepare for a VAL match
If VCT had many more games in a season there would be less time for teams to prep between games. This might mean less strategically deep matches, less changes to comps, and possibly meta would shift too slowly after patches because experimenting would be a larger risk to take.

@MnmzzzCS
dont care about your terrible opinion, semmler was actively dismissive of impact league entirely, hes just a hypocrite and annoying as fuck
kind of embarrassing that orgs are still leaving news like the wildcard stuff to the last second, orgs and management need to be more honest and open, it creates a bad culture in future teams as well
imo the most important quality in a coach is making people actually give a fuck and buy into the team and themselves, and i think its a quality axed obviously has
I'd like to announce that I am exploring my options for next season
I've been working on this project for 858 days. I'm proud and fortunate to have worked, travelled, and competed with an amazing group of people.
DM's are open regarding Head Coach or Assistant opportunities!
I love Counter-Strike, especially NA CS, over the last couple years I have gained and lost that quite a few times, and I want to control that from now on, and genuinely learn to love it again like I always have
My time with
@nounsesports
has come to an end. Which means I will be looking for new opportunities as an analyst/coach in CS2 (EU or NA).
If you want to talk, see my portfolio, etc. feel free to DM me here or email ashlynnbrady

RTs appreciated.
@slowiscool
I think the fact that you can change your comp and the actual utility you're going to have available makes a big difference in how people see it
Latest for
@dust2us
: Sources tell the publication that oSee is a key piece NRG are targeting as part of their return to Counter-Strike. NRG previously confirmed their intentions to enter CS2 with an NA core.
You can evolve your gameplan enough in a day or 2, NBA/MLB teams do it all the time
NFL teams don't have a week between games because they need a week to prepare strategically, they have a week because players would literally start dropping dead on the field otherwise
@heysnav
@D3nnydea
@HexTCSGO
pushing B isnt a bad play when you kill the B player lol, thats pretty basic CS? literally 0 trolling occuring, idk what to tell you, talking about wasting OUR time
@Xond3Rs
@DarfMike
it's weak to fly to a region you never play in and try to take a RMR spot, no one cared when past iterations of Team oNe played in NA, because they were based here
@neLendirekt
@RyanAtDust2
most exciting part of this lineup was ska having a run as a truly elite player for a little bit, genuinely seemed like he was incapable of missing
@stamjna
If you go back to Fnatics 2015 comms from that pro league event, you hear a TON of dead talking and those players constantly giving ideas and info
sure, you got a new team and got to avoid the hard conversations until the last second, don’t be surprised when there’s a sense of paranoia in the next team, because no one knows if the org is preparing to replace people without saying again
@CxziDanny
if you're waiting in the finals, you're always playing a team that just won a bo3 and is feeling good, warmed up, and confident.
i genuinely feel its a disadantage to win the upper bracket
@BenikageCasts
self doubt is a killer, so long as i stay focused and never accept permanent failure or try to escape failure, it’s inevitable i’ll succeed
@JustChickenCS
@MnmzzzCS
Not really a huge difference tbh, part of sport is talking to media, in the MLB Playoffs they’re frequently playing games back to back, and talking to media afterwards, even when facing elimination in 18 hours
@CxziDanny
i remember being told the "advantage" is you don't have to play an extra bo3, but that's hardly a real advantage, can even be a disadvantage
I love waking up on the DAY OF the major qualifier and learning the start time is pushed back by FIVE HOURS, thats pretty reasonable!

With Flashpoint up for sale, just want to remind everyone of the best (or at least, my favorite) hype trailer for an event in CS:GO
Watched this more times than I can remember, big props to
