This home sold in Bend Oregon, a massive ski boom town in April 2022 during the bid up craze for $775k. It just had another price reduction today to $675k as the out of town investor can't rent it and wants it "off the books".

I use a trading program for stocks & running it for housing shows some incredible results. Look at the track line trends in 05. Above the Green line. Then it falls below & track turns red. It stayed below until 11. It is below again now & it has turned red again for the 1st time

Home foreclosures are on the rise again nationwide, per FOX. 32,621 properties in May had foreclosure filings, which includes default notices, scheduled auctions and bank repossessions. That is a 3% increase from the prior year, per FOX.

There are now 8.6 months of inventory in La Pine Oregon, 30 min south of Bend and inventory has increased by 60% in the last 90 days. Of equal significance is the price drop from last quarter to this one from $466-$448, a 4% decrease in the most recent quarter. That's a declining

@martypartymusic @SenWarren @SenateDems @SenateGOP this needs to be looked at. The Dems are losing votes because of this issue. This will become a huge issue with next gen buying crypto like no other in the USA. We are millions of Americans and deserve answers.

@m3_melody I am an appraiser in Oregon and just did the first refi I've done in nearly a year. It was because a veterans wife was dying of cancer & their insurance would not pay for several medical needs based items like a specific style of wheel chair. He's in survival mode. Unacceptable
