Hypnospace Outlaw has an audio related memory leak that's too low level for us to completely fix. The problem will go away after restarting the fictional in-game OS which has resulted in folks assuming it might be intentional. :P

i have no patience for comments like this when the dev does biweekly hours-long dev streams and maintains a discord channel for the game. it is still clearly in development and is going to rule. if i ever do another Kickstarter i'm setting the goal for 15 years out to avoid this.

Dreamsettler is a sequel to Hypnospace. Same timeline, same universe. We didn't make that clearer initially because we're designing it to stand on its own. You don't need to know anything about Hypnospace to fully enjoy it. All required knowledge can be found within Dreamsettler.

I love the heck out of Zelda: BotW but if the central mechanic was photography and you progressed by catching creatures doing special things at certain times of day or luring them to places for optimal framing I would've never stopped playing.

in hypnospace if a character ever seems to taunt you by making you pay lots of money for something you need to solve a puzzle, that means there's usually another way to solve it. paying for it is the "i don't feel like figuring this one out" fee. (also search 'hint' for a guide)
