I wake up at 4 am and I'm tired. I get 30 minutes of deep work if I'm lucky. I drink a liter of coffee daily. I can barely keep a routine. My systems suck. I don't take ice baths. I have 2 kids. But I show up every day. You don't need a perfect situation. Just show up.
