@etarczynski Many "work" 12-hour days but spend half of it scrolling + chatting w/ coworkers. You can do actual hands-on work closer to 3-8 hours/day and still be ambitious. I wouldn't count work-related meetings as "hands-on work" in this context. Everyone likes to talk, but few like to do.
