It is amazing to watch Aerodrome grow. One thing that makes it exciting is the fact that there are no vesting tokens waiting to unlock, for team or VCs. There were no pre-sales or liquid token allocations, there will be no "exits". All incentives are aligned for the long term.

Doing eco grants doesn't have to be complicated you fund in advance the stuff you want to work you pay retro for what does work otherwise you blow up the point of retro funding—even under budget constraints, which is *obviously* not the case with Optimism

A dangerous thing I keep seeing is layer ecos leaning on liquidity mining grants to kickstart activity hey, it pumped Avalanche, they reason No. 3AC plowing everyone else's money into Avalanche pumped Avalanche. Most other ecos attempting liq mining eventually fell off a cliff
